2. The Program Principle
2.1. The Bonus Program is active when issuing travel documents to passengers of the 1st class carriages of Intercity + trains via http://booking.uz.gov.ua.
2.2. To participate in the Bonus Program, the users register at http://booking.uz.gov.ua and login to their account when buying tickets provided they express their consent to participate in the Bonus Program, to terms and conditions of the offer and to the processing of their personal data.
2.3. The bonuses are accrued and used for the reserved seat fare part of the travel document, the cost of which is set on the user’s travelling date.
2.4. The bonuses are only accrued and used when buying the complete package of travelling documents.
2.5. When issuing travel documents for the 1st class carriages of Intercity + trains, bonuses are accrued to the virtual bonus card of the user according to UAH 10 = 1 bonus exchange rate. The number of bonuses is reflected in the personal user account near the travel document price.
2.6. The bonuses can be used after registration of 9 travel documents for the 1st class carriages of Intercity + trains provided that the number of bonuses on the virtual bonus card account is equal or more than the cost of the travel document to be registered.
2.7. The bonuses are used by the user’s consent according to 1 bonus = UAH 1 exchange rate.
2.8. Accrual and using of bonuses:
2.8.1. Bonuses shall not be accrued or used:
- when registering the travel documents prior to the travel date and the resulting weekday ratio together with the indexing component of the reserved seat fare is less than 1 according to the rates differentiation system;
- when registering a round trip travel document at a discount;
2.9. Bonuses are valid for 12 months from the accrual date.
2.10. Number of bonuses accrued or used is an integer, and when calculated, the rule of mathematical rounding is applied. For example, if the reserved seat fare is UAH 262.76, 26 bonuses will be accrued to the account under the bonus exchange rate of UAH 10 = 1 bonus.
2.11. The bonuses are only accrued and used if the virtual bonus card holder’s name matches the name of the traveller who is issued the travel document.

2.13. The accrued bonuses are used exclusively within the Bonus Program and cannot be paid in cash or transferred to the user’s card account with a bank. The bonuses cannot be used to buy travel documents for another user of the Bonus Program.
2.14. When the travel document, which was partially paid by bonuses, is returned, the bonuses shall not be returned to the virtual bonus card account.
2.15. When the travel document, which was issued with accrual of bonuses, is returned, these bonuses shall be cancelled.
2.16. The bonus exchange rate, accrual basis and principle of using bonuses, duration and other terms of the Bonus Program can be amended. The information about changes will be published at http://booking.uz.gov.ua at least 2 days prior to their coming into force.
The cost of the travel document consists of the following components: the ticket price, the reserved seat fare, commission fee and insurance fee. The ticket price includes maintenance costs of the railway infrastructure (rails, contact network, station complexes and station terminals). The reserved seat fare includes maintenance costs and expenses for preparation of rolling stock (servicing, repairs). The commission fee is the payment for registration services, return and renewal of the travel documents. The insurance fee is the fee for compulsory personal insurance of passengers against transport accidents established in accordance with the law.
The Bonus Program covers the reserved seats fare of the travel document, which is approximately 70% of the travel document cost.
